Kirsten Millan is a Philippine-American, multidisciplinary performing artist born and raised in San Francisco, CA. Her work explores identity in the context of race and culture through the arts, expanding awareness and access to arts programs for underserved communities, and helping to do her part to preserve the vast knowledge of generations before us. Kirsten's personal explorations of her background as a third culture kid and continued practice of decolonizing and unlearning drives her interests to the intersection of art and social justice and lead her to the work and collaborations that she is most drawn to today.
